The Foundation will be honoring Will and Cheryl Roderique as the 2024 Distinguished Citizens. Will and Cheryl attended Webb City Schools and both graduated from high school in 1987 and later from MSSU in 1991. In 1996, Will co-founded Davis & Roderique, CPAs, which today is known as Baker Davis & Roderique, CPAs, and Cheryl recently retired with over 30 years in the banking industry.
Will is a 30-year member of the Webb City R-7 Board of Education and is also a member of the Webb City R-7 Foundation Board. Cheryl sits on the Webb City Cares Advisory Board and is a past president of the Webb City Chamber of Commerce. Will and Cheryl have co-chaired the annual Turkey Dinner, a community event hosted by Sacred Heart Church, for the past 15 years.
They are the parents of three children: Scott (wife, Meredith); Jay (wife, Taylor) and Abby. They have three grandchildren and expecting a fourth in June.
In addition to the Distinguished Citizen, the Foundation will also be celebrating the 2023-2024 Hall of Fame inductee: John Roderique; five (5) Pillars of Education: Sharon Barton, Deanna Brown-Woolsey, Ed Coleman, Carolyn Lankford and Royce Montgomery; Cardinal Teachers: Kim Spink, Kristin Huff, Tamra Baer, Ashley Ebbs, and Amy Stevens; and the 2024 Foundation Staff Grant recipients.

About Webb City R-7 Schools Foundation
In 2004, Webb City R-7 Schools Foundation was authorized and established by the Board of Education as the philanthropic arm of the Webb City R-7 School District with the sole purpose of supporting the overall education of the District’s students. The Foundation was created to allow alumni, patrons and friends of the District to make tax-deductible gifts in support of its mission as a 501(c)(3) organization.
