Arraignment scheduled for Neosho woman charged with assaulting her suspected cheating boyfriend


A Neosho woman who allegedly attacked her boyfriend at his Webb City home October 17 when she suspected he was cheating on her will be arraigned Tuesday morning in Jasper County Circuit Court in Joplin.

Tianna Rashele Heath (DOB 1993), who is charged with third degree domestic assault, was bound over for trial after waiving her preliminary hearing February 1.







According to the probable cause statement, Heath's alleged victim had lacerations on his head, neck and face.

She was highly intoxicated at the time. She had what appeared to be skin under her nails. {The victim} said {she}had caused those injuries on his head by scratching him multiple times.
The case was investigated by the Webb City Police Department.
