On the day his trial was scheduled to begin in Jasper County Circuit Court, Delmar Clinton Hill, 56, Webb City, pleaded guilty to statutory sodomy in the first degree and statutory sodomy in the second degree and was sentenced to 10 years for the first count and seven years for the second with the sentences to run consecutively.
Under a plea agreement with the Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney's office, four other counts of sodomy were dismissed.
Hill's crimes involved a girl who was less than 12 years old, according to court records.
