The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney Tuesday charged a Carl Junction with his sixth driving while intoxicated.
Melvin Ray Edgett (DOB 1969) was convicted of a Joplin municipal charge in 1989 and in Jasper County Circuit Court in 1992, 1995, 2003 and 2007, according to the probable cause statement.
The Webb City Police Department pulled Edgett over Saturday after seeing him cross the center line several times, the probable cause statement said.
Edgett's bond has been set at $25,000 cash or surety.
