Newton County prosecutor files statutory sodomy charges against Oklahoma man, victim 2 years old

The Newton County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed a felony statutory sodomy charge against a Chelsea, Oklahoma man today.

According to the probable cause statement, Dalton Ralph Helms (DOB 2005), allegedly was performing a solitary sexual act in the bathroom of a Newton County home and after he finished, his "uncle instincts" kicked in and he decided to go into the bedroom of a 2-year-old girl because he knew she needed a diaper change.

The next morning, he told the girl's mother that he did more than change her diaper, indicating it was an accident.

The probable cause statement indicates Helms offered various versions of what happened to the investigating officer from the Newton County Sheriff's Office.

Ralph Helms - Is a Sick Bastard - He should be locked away for Life - - or Killed and Removed from our Society Permanently - -

Everyday - There is another Local Story about a Pedophile hurting a Child - - this is an epidemic - we have to got to get Tough on these Criminals - We need Judges, Prosecuting Attorneys, and Jurors - - that will start handing out Sentences that keep these People off our Streets and out of Society.

No More Codling these Criminals - - No More Exceuses - - Anyone that hurts a Child or an Elder - Needs to Face the Hardest and Strictest Wrath - that Society can give them.

How could anyone hurt a Poor Innocent Child - - I hope the Child receives whatever Help she needs to recover from this Heinous and Malicious Act.

People Protect Your Children - - they are our Greatest Gifts. Be cautious of who you allow around your Children.
