hearing to hear evidence, take testimony and determine fairly whether or not
Councilmember Mike Woolston has violated provisions of the City of Joplin Code
of Ordinances relating to ethics, as particularly set out in the Commencement
of Contested Case.

Where did you get that impression?
Item 3, Roll Call, is followed by Item 4, Adjourn. That made me think they will adjourn into a closed session, as they often do at the end of an open meeting. I hope I'm wrong.
