I must have ticked off the brain trust at Bright Futures USA last week when I called for the Joplin R-8 School District to cut ties with the organization and end the toxic connection to former Superintendent C. J. Huff.
The BFUSA officials might have been willing to ignore the Turner Report post The Time tor Joplin to drop Bright Futures Is Now, but when I made some of the same arguments during a segment on KZRG's Morning News Watch Friday, that was the last straw.
I understand that BFUSA Executive Director Kim Vann and board member Mark Quinn will be on Morning News Watch at 7:10 a.m. Monday.
Grab your orange juice and be prepared to take a drink every time one of them mentions "time, talent, and treasure."

I'm sure they are hanging on your every word.
Lol @ 6:53. My thought exactly....Randy has the need to create the illusion that he is relevant.
Where was Vann? If the organization is legit and determined to get there name back in the good graces the ED should have given the interview not the power hungry Quinn who just wants to act like a big shot. He's a shady guy. Everything he does is for personal gain. If you've ever talked to him you know he cares about nothing but him self and would screw anyone to get what he wants. This guy does not care about the kids in this community. He is trying to be a lot more public lately... makes one wonder what he's up to...
