Felony charges filed against five Joplin sex offenders following check of Watered Gardens records

The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed felony failure to register as a sex offender charges Monday against five men following a Joplin Police Department check of records at Watered Gardens Ministries.

The five men all listed Watered Gardens' address, 531 S. Kentucky Avenue, as their address but none of them were living there, according to court documents. Watered Gardens is a gospel-based effort to help the poor, according to its website.

Those who were charged were:

Frankie L. Craig (DOB 1975)- Craig registered Watered Gardens as his address November 29, but records showed he had not lived there February 5, 2023. He committed the statutory rape of a 16-year-old girl in 2002 when he was 27.

Patrick Leo Keough (DOB 1968) listed Watered Gardens as his residence, but records showed he never lived there, but did receive assistance there in May 2023. Keough committed forcible vaginal and anal rape of a 37-year-old woman in 2002.

Steven Jacob Griggs (DOB 1986) registered at Watered Gardens November 15, but was kicked out December 5 when he showed up on drugs, according to the probable cause statement. Sex offenders are required to register with law enforcement within three days of moving to a new residence. Griggs committed sexual assault October 26, 2016 when he forcibly groped a 69-year-woman, according to the probable cause statement.

Mark Jameson Kiefer (DOB 1980) registered at Watered Gardens November 9, but has not lived there since December 8. He was convicted of sexual misconduct in the first degree when he was 21. The victim was 5 years old.

Ray Eugene Poole (DOB 1961) was released from the Jasper County Jail November 6 where he was staying for failure to register as a sex offender. On that day, he registered 531 S. Kentucky Avenue as his address, but has not lived there. The last time he was at Watered Gardens was October 4. Griggs committed sodomy and sexual abuse on a 9-year-old victim September 15, 1990.

531 Kentucky is a blight upon our town. A town that needs to run Wretched Gardens out.

"Griggs committed sexual assault October 26, 2016 when he forcibly groped a 69-year-woman. . ."

Gosh, that sounds like something that happened in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in New York in the mid 1990's.

And you say Griggs was convicted of a criminal charge and has to register as a sex offender? Amazing!

@5:41, at 9:26 I challenge you to find any credible evidence that anyone in the Biden family has done anything sexually inappropriate.

Since you'll never find it, just admin you're wrong now.

@6:46 Challenge accepted and finished. See Ashley Biden's diary. The diary that got James O'Keefe's door kicked in to confiscate it.

@6:46 "credible", meaning any source that agrees with you. How credible was the NY Post's story on crackheads laptop? How credible are the 50+ intelligence scum, who signed off saying it was Russian BS? How credible was the Russian collusion lie and the Steele dossier that backed it up? Don't talk to me about "credible" evidence.

@9:04 and 9:10
Interesting, I asked if you had evidence of inappropriate sexual activity, and you bring up completely unrelated issues.

Again, I'm looking for credible evidence that shows the Biden family being sexually inappropriate, specifically any proof groping or molesting.

Again, since you cannot and will not come up with any evidence, I suggest you admit your failure on this subject.

Ashley Biden's diary?

Did you leave something out about that seizure??

The diary that got two guilty pleas for O'Keefe's colleagues for "conspiring to traffic in stolen goods for selling a diary and other personal effects of President Joe Biden’s daughter Ashley Biden," AFTER the feds seized it from O'Keefe with a search warrant? After O'Keefe's lie factory bought what the crooks had stolen from Ashley Bidenwere for $40,000?

Two plead guilty to trafficking Ashley Biden’s diary, property

These are the first charges in a federal probe of how the journal of the president’s daughter was sold to the conservative Project Veritas outlet.

"Last November, the FBI carried out search warrants at the home of the founder of Project Veritas, James O’Keefe, and those of two of his colleagues, in connection with the investigation. None of those individuals have been charged, but O’Keefe has denounced the raids as an attack on press freedom.

In a Manhattan federal court hearing on Thursday, Aimee Harris, 40, of Palm Beach and Robert Kurlander, 58, of Jupiter each pleaded guilty to a single conspiracy charge stemming from their involvement in selling the journal, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan said in a statement.

“Harris and Kurlander stole personal property from an immediate family member of a candidate for national political office,” Damian Williams, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, said in a statement. “They sold the property to an organization in New York for $40,000 and even returned to take more of the victim’s property when asked to do so. Harris and Kurlander sought to profit from their theft of another person’s personal property, and they now stand convicted of a federal felony as a result.”

The charging document filed on Thursday says that after Harris told Kurlander what she had discovered, he texted her that they could “make a SHIT TON of money” off of the journal.

The pair tried to offer the diary to the Trump campaign, but an unidentified representative of the campaign turned them down and suggested they give the materials to the FBI."

ALSO allegedly: even returned to take more of the victim’s property when asked to do so

This part will hopefully get O'Keefe a complimentary vacation at Club Fed.

"ACORN filmmaker James O’Keefe sentenced in Sen. Mary Landrieu break-in

by Christina Wilkie - 05/26/10 11:15 PM ET

Conservative filmmaker James O’Keefe was sentenced to three years of probation, 100 hours of community service and a $1,500 fine after he pleaded guilty on Wednesday to misdemeanor charges stemming from his involvement in a break-in at Sen. Mary Landrieu’s (D-La.) office.

In January, O’Keefe and three others were arrested by federal authorities at Landrieu’s office on allegations of phone-tampering.

Prosecutors initially said they caught four individuals in the process of committing a felony, but the charges were later reduced to misdemeanors.

O’Keefe got the toughest sentence. His co-defendants, Stan Dai, Joseph Basel and Robert Flanagan, each got two years of probation, 75 hours of community service and the same fine as O’Keefe."

Some comments are totally factual.

Many of the comments not published should have gone to Turkey Creek WWTF instead of being posted here, huwever the dissatisfied tRUMPists are no doubt slow learners and exceedingly proud of their mediocrity.
