Prior to Hensley's decision to put Tyrone Davis Ridge (DOB 1976) and Deanna Edwards (1984) in the pre-trial release program, the two had bond set at $25,000 with Ridge's bond being cash only.
Under the conditions of their release, Ridge and Edwards are to maintain their jobs at their current workplaces or elsewhere and have no contact with the alleged victim.
Ridge's assessment report (shown at left) classifies him as a "moderate risk" and lists a lengthy criminal record, though it does not include any violent crimes.
Ridge and Edwards entered not guilty pleas Wednesday. Their next hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. March 6.
According to the probable cause statement, Ridge and Edwards were allegedly making the 60-year-old woman turn over her Social Security and disability income, withholding food, clothing and the woman's oxygen tank, assaulting her and threatening to kill her.

Tyrone Davis Ridge and Deanna Edwards - are a threat to this Elderly woman - - Why did this IDIOT Circuit Court Judge Joseph Hensley release them on their own recognizance. What does it take for him to realize that these two are Threat to this Elderly Woman and Society?

What does this Court Assessment Tell You - - that these Two are Model Citizens and I would think their Current Charges shows a Tendency of Threats and Violent Actions.
