Freezing drizzle possible Sunday, wind chill in single digits

LIGHT SNOW AND FREEZING DRIZZLE CAN NOT BE RULED OUT TONIGHT.
  LITTLE TO NO ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED.

  MEANWHILE...WIND CHILL VALUES WILL RANGE FROM AROUND ZERO TO 10
  DEGREES ABOVE ZERO THROUGH TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

  AREAS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL BE POSSIBLE ON SUNDAY. LITTLE TO
  NO ICE ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED.

  WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS WILL BE COMMON EACH
  MORNING THROUGH NEXT THURSDAY MORNING. WIND CHILL VALUES BELOW
  ZERO ARE POSSIBLE TUESDAY MORNING.
