Supreme Court gives go-ahead: Allan Nicklasson is executed

Good Samaritan killer Allan Nicklasson was executed 10:52 p.m. Wednesday for his role in the murder of Richard Drummond, an AT&T employee who tried to help him when his car broke down on I-70 in 1994.

Nicklasson's final opportunities for a reprieve were shot down Wednesday when the U. S. Supreme Court overturned an applelate court decision staying the execution and Gov. Jay Nixon refused him clemency.

I knew this guy. I didn't like anything about him. However, it was very clear to me that he had extreme mental issues. Missouri is little better than Texas when it comes to execution's.
