Wind chill to dip below zero tonight, Joplin still under winter weather advisory

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM
CST THIS EVENING.

* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...LIGHT SNOW IS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING
  AND EARLY AFTERNOON FOR AREAS NORTH OF INTERSTATE 44.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE BETWEEN A DUSTING
  AND TWO INCHES FOR AREAS NORTH OF INTERSTATE 44.

* IMPACTS...SNOWFALL MAY CAUSE SOME TRAVEL PROBLEMS...ESPECIALLY
  DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE ON FRIDAY.

WIND CHILL VALUES WILL DROP BELOW ZERO LATE TONIGHT AND INTO
SATURDAY MORNING.
