is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Joplin, Missouri, will
hold a work session beginning at 5:45 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2014 Joplin City
Hall, in the 5th Floor Conference Room, 602 S. Main to meet with the school district to discuss the early
childhood center CDBG project.

This will hurt local childcare facilities. Besides, they need to take care of what they already have.
This is a direct attack at private industry. Local child care centers should be out in full force. Using their own money to put themselves out of business. What a country...
