Another lawsuit has been filed as a result of the July 19 duck boat capsizing of a duck boat on Table Rock Lake in which 17 people were killed.
Several families have already filed lawsuits against Ripley Entertainment, which operated the duck boat rides and in the accompanying KOLR video, the station relays the reporting of a St. Louis station that notes that Jennifer Asher, daughter of Williams Asher, 69, one of those who died in the accident, has filed a lawsuit citing lack of safety training by Duck Boats.
