AMENDED COUNCIL BILL NO. 2018-268

AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by the Council of the City of Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, by removing from District R-1 and including in District C-1-PD property as described below and located as a track of land located north of 26th Street between Pearl Avenue and Wall Avenue, City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2018-137

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the acceptance of a Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Public Transit Operating Assistance Grant Agreement for state funds of Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Four Dollars and No/100 ($11,334.00) to be used for operating assistance for the Metro Area Public Transit System (MAPS); and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving a purchasing agreement between the City of Joplin, Missouri and Master’s Transportation Inc. in the amount of One Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Four Dollars and No Cents ($192,554.00) for the purchase of (3) three light duty cut-a-way vehicles per the specifications of Bid #2018-07 and #2018-08; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE levying taxes in the City of Joplin, Missouri for the year 2018 in the amount of Seventeen and Ninety-Seven Hundredths Cents ($0.1797) on One Hundred Dollars of valuation of all real property in said City, and levying taxes in the Joplin Public Library District for the year 2018 in the amount of Twenty-Five and Forty-Five Hundredths Cents ($0.2545) on One Hundred Dollars of valuation of all real property in said District, and containing an emergency clause.
