Gastel had originally been scheduled for a pre-trial conference Dec. 12, but that hearing has been canceled.
Gastel had originally been scheduled to plead guilty to child pornography charges in October, but filed a motion for a continuance after being told by the government that more charges were on the way. Those charges have not yet been filed.
