A federal grand jury indicted a Webb City man on child pornography charges today.
According to the four-count indictment, which was handed down in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Harley Wayne Schrader, 24, persuaded two underage girls to "engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct."
Schrader allegedly committed the crime with a nine-year-old between July 2 and July 10, 2017, and with a 15-year-old between October 1 and October 4, 2017.
Two counts charge Schrader with sexual exploitation of children, while the other two counts allege coercion or enticement of a female.
