Missouri House passes bill to prevent school bullying, cyberbullying

The anti-bullying bill described in this video sounds more like a sugar pill than real medicine for a very serious problem. It requires schools to have anti-bullying policies and post them. That should really cut down on the problem.

Requiring schools to have discipline to cut down on bullying problems would be a strong step, but what we get from schools are cooked-up statistics that make it look like nothing is bad is going on.

Don't schools already have anti-bullying policies in place? Consistent, COMMONSENSE discipline seems to be what's needed.
